    Job Requirements

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our Perth office.

    • Deliver projects and craft geotechnical work to provide client benefits.
    • Contribute to project delivery, including risk identification and management, and ensuring high technical standards.
    • Undertake geotechnical analyses in areas such as deep excavations, slope stability, foundations, retaining walls, pavement designs, etc.
    • Interact with clients through pursuit, tendering, and delivery phases of projects.
    • Provide technical mentoring for junior team members.

    Qualifications and Experience

    Key qualifications include:

    • Degree level qualifications in geotechnical/geological/civil engineering.
    • Postgraduate qualifications in geotechnical engineering/engineering geology beneficial.
    • Minimum 8 years relevant engineering/industry experience in geotechnical consulting.

    Key skills and abilities include:

    • Strong technical leadership, mentoring, and advice.
    • Prioritization, coordination, and leadership of teams carrying out field investigation and analytical design work.
    • Carry out geotechnical analysis using industry standard software or methods (AS1726-2017).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Project management skills for large/sophisticated projects.
