$100,000 – $120,000 per year + uncapped commission

About the Position

We are seeking a Legal Recruitment and Search Consultant to join our team. This is a 360 degree role, where you will be working with both clients and candidates. In the role, you will be acting for a variety of top-tier, international, mid-tier and specialist law firms across Australia and helping them fill their recruitment needs for lawyers at all levels. You will also recruit for some in-house lawyer roles and overseas lawyer positions.

About You

You are a junior lawyer or a recent graduate who has decided that practicing law is not for them, but still wants to use your legal knowledge and experience in an adjacent industry.

You will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, enjoy talking to and meeting people, and forming long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

Qualifications

We are seeking someone who:

• has a degree in law;
• has experience working in a law firm in some capacity;
• is able to work both autonomously and as part of a team; and
• is solutions focused with a sense of humour.
