    Support Workers & Registered Nurses Needed

    At GNA Services, we're more than a care provider we're a family of dedicated professionals who believe in delivering genuine care, compassion, and respect to every client we serve.

    We're now expanding in the Northern Territory (Darwin region) and are seeking Support Workers and Registered Nurses to join our growing team.

    Location: Northern Territory (Darwin Area)

    About the Role

    We provide high-quality community and home-based services under DVA, VHC, NDIS, CHSP, and My Aged Care programs. You'll be supporting clients to live safely, independently, and confidently in their own homes.

    Support Worker Duties

    • Personal care – assistance with bathing, dressing, mobility, and grooming
    • Domestic support – cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and errands
    • Community access – accompanying clients to appointments, shopping, and outings
    • Companionship and emotional support
    • Following individualised support plans with professionalism and empathy

    Registered Nurse Duties

    • Clinical assessments and care planning
    • Wound care, continence care, and medication administration
    • Health monitoring and reporting changes to care coordinators
    • Coordinating with allied health professionals and family members
    • Maintaining documentation in line with DVA, VHC, NDIS, and My Aged Care standards

    What You'll Need

    • Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, Disability, or Aged Care (Support Workers)
    • Current AHPRA registration (Registered Nurses)
    • NDIS Worker Screening Check
    • First Aid and CPR certificate
    • Australian Driver's Licence or an Overseas driving license and reliable vehicle
    • Proof of work rights (Passport/Visa)
    • Experience in community or aged care settings highly regarded
