Civil Machine Operator

About the Role:

We are seeking skilled and experienced Civil Machine Operators to join our road upgrade project in Coringa, near Paradise Dam.

You will play a key role in delivering critical infrastructure that benefits your community for years to come.

Your primary responsibility is operating machines, with occasional labouring duties providing variety in your day-to-day work.

You will be part of a friendly, supportive team and enjoy a great sense of accomplishment knowing your efforts make a lasting difference.

Responsibilities:

• Operating machines on road construction and infrastructure projects
• Ensuring ground compaction meets project specifications and safety standards
• Assisting with general labour tasks when required
• Collaborating with the civil team to keep the project on track and within deadlines

Requirements:

• Holding at least 2 of these tickets with experience: Roller, Posi, Water cart White card
• Demonstrated experience in machine operating
• Current drivers licence and reliable transport to get to and from site
• Able to labour when required
• Local to the area as no accommodation
