    Role Overview The Strategy Manager defines business cases for safer gambling, develops strategic initiatives, and oversees their implementation, focusing on risk identification, data-driven strategies, and real-time harm intervention. This role collaborates with stakeholders to shape the broader ecosystem and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive safer gambling strategies, including real-time harm intervention, by coordinating with internal teams and research partners.
    • Build frameworks for risk identification and manage red-flag behaviors to ensure effective harm prevention.
    • Work with data science teams to understand AI models that identify risks and inform interventions.
    • Engage with senior executives, commercial, analytics, research, and corporate affairs teams to implement safer gambling practices.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Experience in regulated environments or technology/data-driven industries.
    • Strong data literacy, strategic thinking, and customer focus, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
