    The Australian Dental Industry Association (ADIA) is the peak business organisation representing manufacturers and suppliers of quality dental products.
    The role of the Events & Marketing Director is important in the Association's day-to-day operations as it has responsibility for overseeing:
    The delivery of the strategic marketing plan.
    The running of Australia's largest dental health exhibitions.
    The delivery of the National Industry Awards program.
    The delivery of member forums and branch meetings.
    The delivery of roadshows, workshops & social events.
    The successful candidate will ideally come from a similar role within the not-for-profit sector (e.g.
    industry association / professional institute) and be looking to take a leadership role where they will operate with considerable responsibility and little supervision, and capable of being hands on as required.

    Key competencies include:
    Extensive experience in Marketing or Event Management
    High level written and oral communication skills.
    Ability to manage competing priorities.
    Intermediate computer skills (MS Office)
    Experience in budgeting for events & marketing campaigns.
    The ADIA national office is based in Alexandria (inner-south Sydney).
    Some interstate travel is required.
