    Our client seeks an experienced CDP to work at their new venue, featuring bar with casual dining, pavilion & garden area.

    Located in the heart of Fremantle, our client seeks an experienced CDP to work at their new venue, featuring bar with casual dining, pavilion & garden area. The venue appeals to a wide demographic, providing a great space for functions and families alike.

    As a CDP you will become part of a small, energetic kitchen brigade that will encourage you to flourish. The ideal candidate will be able to work in all sections of the kitchen with strong grill and pizza experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
    • Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant's standards.
    • Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation.
    • Ensure efficient use of ingredients, minimising wastage.
    • Collaborate with the culinary team to create new menu items.
    • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards.
    • Keep the kitchen clean and organised.
    • Contribute to a positive working environment.
    • Flexibility in work hours, including evenings and weekends.
