- Taking enquiries and making service bookings
- Liaising with the workshop staff to ensure that jobs are completed efficiently and up to company standard
- Answering queries (technical and general) from customers
- Providing timely follow-ups to customers.
- Establish and develop effective customer relationships
- Essential requirements:
- Excellent phone manner and written communication
- High attention to detail
- Good knowledge of vehicle servicing procedures
- High level of personal commitment to success in customer service
- Experience in a dealership-based position in administration/service advisor is highly advantageous
- Valid Australian driver's license
