Your Role:
As a Registered Nurse with us, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. Your compassion, clinical expertise, and dedication will contribute to creating a supportive and nurturing environment for our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' health status and develop personalised care plans.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with prescribed protocols and regulatory standards.
Monitor residents' health and response to treatment, and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.
Provide emotional support and counselling to residents and their families, fostering trust and rapport.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate and optimise care delivery.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of resident assessments, care plans, and interventions.

Key Requirements:

Registered Nurse qualification and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
New Grads and any Grade considered
Previous experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting is highly desirable.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to changing priorities.
Commitment to upholding professional standards and adhering to regulatory requirements.
