    Position Overview: The Marketing Team Leader will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy to drive market share growth in Australia and New Zealand. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven leadership skills and a deep understanding of marketing principles.

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement channel sales objectives and strategies for independent, strategic partnerships, competitor owner retailers, contract business, and government sectors.
    • Collaborate in the development of channel-specific programs to acquire profitable channel partners.
    • Analyse the market to identify geographic areas of opportunity.
    • Develop relationships with industry stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes.
    • Negotiate commercial terms of partnerships with channel partners,
    • Execute professional marketing communications for launches, sales enablement, promotions, and lead generation activities.
    • Align global and local marketing strategies into a tactical plan approved by the Managing Director.
    • Procure and adapt global creative or develop local creative as needed.
    • Facilitate the integration of new customers within the channel.
    • Partner with your Sales teams to drive business growth
    • Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales.
    • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of partner programs.
    • Adhere to corporate policies and procedures, including safe work practices and WH&S Policy.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related area.
    • At least 5 years in marketing leadership roles
    • Proven sales ability with outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business development strategies.
    • Knowledge of creative production and digital processes.
    • Experience in the healthcare / medical devices sector an advantage
    • Willingness to travel locally and internationally when required.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Mailchimp, Netsuite, WordPress.
