- $50 p/hour + super
- Conduct insurance claims investigation reviews
- Receive, process, and respond to insurance claims for damage to, or loss of Council property
- Coordinate insurance claims for other insurance classes
- Review and maintain Council Risk System incorporating Council's corporate and departmental risk registers
- Assist in ensuring awareness of Council's Fraud Control Policy and Plan and contribute to review and update
- Assist Manager in various tasks related to risk and insurance as requested
- Demonstrated experience in Insurance Claims Processing
- Demonstrated experience in Risk Management
- Tertiary qualifications in a Risk Management or related discipline
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with good stakeholder engagement skills
