    What is the Role?

    To ensure the efficient and successful execution of events by overseeing the booking process, coordinating resources, evaluating requirements and managing the use of the School's facilities. The role will also support the wider School community to fulfil the School's strategic goals of building enduring relationships with stakeholders. This is a full-time, permanent position for an immediate start.

    Who will the successful applicant be?

    • Excel at building positive and professional relationships with stakeholders, staff, students and families
    • Highly collaborative, sharing and building knowledge, offering assistance and actively being helpful when needed
    • Capacity to multi-task and work under pressure, while having excellent attention to detail
    • Proactive problem solving and creative thinking
    • Good project management skills
    • Ability to identify and understand stakeholder needs
    • Responsible Service of Alcohol certification

    Previous experience in a school setting would be an advantage although not a necessity.
