    Description

    The primary focus of an Internet Sales representative is to sell solutions and services to existing Oracle customers and to prospect for new customers in the assigned territory or vertical.

    As an Internet Sales Representative you will sell products and services to an assigned geographic or national account base territory to achieve assigned objectives. Generates sales leads as well as closing the sales on line or by phone. Utilizes inbound and/or outbound calls to pursue sales. Develops account penetration strategies, and closes business. Responsible for understanding Oracle's product offerings and competitive issues. Identifies new business opportunities by creating and implementing territory campaigns with management assistance. Liaise with customer contacts for the purpose of managing the customer relationship, identifying new opportunities, and selling Oracle products and services. Participates as a team member on sales teams including field sales, support and education sales and sales consulting.

    The Inside Sales Reps will support Applications Field Sales to sell Oracle SaaS (new and expansion) and manage Renewals up to $75K USD. We require candidates who have experience managing full cycle sales in a consultative sales role in the IT industry with passion for Cloud Solution Sales. Someone who has strong selling skills, a hunter approach, familiar with social media tools and technologies, experience in managing high volume sales pipeline and ideally an understanding of the ANZ market. ISR SLAs: · 10 Meetings per Week · 3 Expansion Opportunities Created per Month · 95% New + Expansion Forecast Accuracy · SQLs to Pipeline within 30 days · 85% Renewal Rate.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Support Applications Field Sales to sell Oracle SaaS (New & Expansion) products by identifying new prospects, building relationships, determining needs, and managing the opportunity throughout the entire sales process to completion and close (for volume deals).
    • To sell Oracle solutions via phone and digital means leveraging social media platforms.
    • Working closely with and utilizing all other Oracle resources such as Sales Consultants, Demand/Business Development, Marketing, and Customer Success to create demand for Oracle SaaS Solutions.
    • Support Applications Field Sales to achieve Oracle SaaS deals that are <50K ARR USD, for volume deals (N&E). Generation, development, and management of sales leads.
    • Ownership of Oracle Systems deals in his/her patch, with alignment to their territory and direction from Field Sales.
    • Execute business and territory plans which focus on Oracle Business activities.
    • Demonstrate clearly and continually a "customer-centric" approach during all customer interactions. Manage a commercial relationship with the customer and maintain customer data through the identification and evaluation of – the customer's product requirement.
    • Work with supporting Oracle Eco-System (e.g. Solutions Engineers, Product Managers, Business Development Consultants) to create demand for agreed Oracle SaaS solutions, and assist in the identification and implementation of effective Sales Programs to generate new business opportunities.
    • Educate and work with the Oracle Partners on where and how to identify opportunities with new and current customers regarding the Oracle SaaS solution offering.
    • Pro-active, consistent communication via e-vehicle (e-blasts, web seminars, remote demos, Proof Of Concepts, as per direction of field reps).

    Experience Required for the role

    • Minimum of 3-4 years consultative sales experience in the IT industry with a passion for Cloud solutions.
    • An analytical mind and experience with strong solution selling skills.
    • Familiar with social media tools and technologies.
    • Sound understanding of the ANZ IT market.
    • Experience in managing a high-volume sales pipeline.
    • Experience in selling or positioning cloud solutions in SaaS would be an advantage.
