    With a diverse portfolio of pubs ranging from craft beer focused with live music, to full blown DJ entertainment, our client seeks a skilled marketing manager to promote the venues and drive traffic across their assets.

    The Group

    A medium sized Pub group in the inner city, this operation is currently undergoing an extensive focus on building brand awareness and marketing the properties to a wider clientele base in a couple of their inner city venues. With this in mind, we are seeking a Marketing leader to drive the the development and execution across a varied brand with the guise of being top of mind while the city opens up.

    The Role:

    Based in Sydney, you will be the on Marketing strategies across the groups venues with a directive of enhancing the products to meet market demand. Reporting to the Directors, you will work with senior management to conceptualise, create and roll out branding and marketing materials that focus on the changing consumer appetite and the way we will do business in the future. This is a fully strategic and creative role that will push your abilities and allow you to make your mark on the overall success of the properties.

    Ideal Qualities we Seek include:

    • Development of Marketing Strategies across local hospitality markets with a focus on brand awareness and business growth
    • Formulate and meet the budgets set for the Marketing team with an understanding of measuring ROI
    • Management of the Marketing calendar and strategies to maximise market position including the re-opening stages
    • Act as an ambassador for the Pub group at industry-related functions and other events such as trade shows
    • Involvement with the direct and digital marketing initiatives through Hospitality and Pub industry groups and institutions.
    • Ideally have worked within entertainment venues and marketing to their wider audience.
    • Supervise the planning, development and issue of promotional and communication materials;
    • Have previous experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry
    • Are able to work autonomously and maintain a high level of consistency and productivity.
    • Be dynamic with innovation to the ongoing development of the groups Digital Marketing and Social Media presence.

    Qualifications & Experience:

    • Significant Pub and Hospitality Marketing Background working with diverse and entertainment focused groups
    • Demonstrated background in sourcing and converting key business opportunities within the Sydney Market
    • Familiarity with Brand Growth through Social Media channels
    • Experience in Pre-Openings / Re-launches would be highly beneficial
    • Full knowledge of all marketing streams including digital and social media
    • The ability to lead, supervise and co-ordinate a multi-skilled team
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills
    • Be pro-active and motivated to succeed
