A leading organisation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Insights Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in unlocking the power of our data to inform strategic decision-making and fuel business success.

What you'll do:

• Design and execute data-driven analyses leveraging SQL to extract, clean, and transform data
• Develop and implement predictive models, leveraging your exposure to machine learning, to forecast trends and anticipate customer behaviour
• Translate complex data insights into clear, compelling visualizations using Power BI
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and solve critical business problems with a keen, analytical approach
• Effectively manage stakeholders from both technical and non-technical backgrounds, ensuring clear communication and alignment
• Recommend data-driven strategies for monetization and revenue growth
• Stay abreast of the latest data analysis trends and technologies

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience driving data insights in commercial environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for uncovering hidden insights and tackling complex challenges
• Expertise in predictive modelling techniques and their application (Machine learning exposure a must)
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying
• In-depth knowledge of Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and reports
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to diverse audiences (technical and non-technical)
