About The Role- Manage the tender process from start to finish- Be detailed estimates and negotiating with subcontractors- Receive support from junior estimators in the business- Develop relationships with clients and sub-contractors/suppliers Your Background- 5+ years industry experience in the commercial space- Understand current rates in the commercial environment- Ability to communicate with sub-contractors and suppliers- Eye for detail with take-offs You will receive- Exposure to a variety of projects to build your experience- Ability to run your own tenders and also train and develop junior staff- $160k - $190k package Company & Culture This commercial Builder has built a strong list of clients through many successful projects over the last 10 years.
