Executive Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative, executive, and secretarial support to the Clinical Director - Women's and Children's Services and assistance to the Nursing and Midwifery Director - Women's and Children's Services and other members of the Department.

The Hospitals North Women's and Children's Services Directorate consists of Maternity Services, Paediatric Services, and the Sexual Assault and Forensic Examination (SAFE) Service. All our services work closely together to focus on delivering excellence in healthcare to achieve improved outcomes for our consumers, our workforce, and the Tasmanian community.
Details of Appointment:
Fixed term, part time, day worker position, working up to 22.8 hours per fortnight commencing from a mutually agreed date until 1 January 2026.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full-time, part-time, and casual vacancies.
