    Security Working in our emerging and growing cyber security capability allows you to work closely with clients across our teams with a deep focus on Cyber Security, Governance Risk and Compliance.

    There's new opportunities to lead governance, risk and compliance initiatives for clients in regulated industries and help our clients align their information security risk position with their risk appetite.

    Your day to day

    • Leads a work stream, overseeing team outcomes and with a good understanding of business context.
    • Helps to define the detail behind the project, including defining sprint outcomes and coordinating team rhythm e, g.
    stand-ups.


    • Keeps the whole team (Leads, CEPs) across project progress and plan ahead.
    • Builds strong trust and credibility with mid-senior client stakeholders.
    • Able to influence vs.
    inform client stakeholders.


    • Distills highly complex concepts into business-friendly language and recommendations.
    • Uses hypothesis led thinking to focus the team on the highest impact solution.
    • Presents in person and larger meetings with confidence, learning the ability to flex style to different types of stakeholders.
    • Experience preparing Steer Co or Board paper style documents.
    • Makes prioritization calls based on where our work will deliver the greatest commercial value for our clients.
    • Experience leading business case exercises, helping to articulate the business value our work delivers.
    • Supports presales conversations and presentations.
    What you'll need to be successful

    • Be a seasoned consultant with extensive consulting experience, ideally having worked with a top tier consultancy
    • a strong background in working on data projects in commercial environments, and are able to manage projects with many moving parts
    • solid experience in technical writing and can prepare clear documentation for a range of audiences
    • the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels of technical detail
    • Have good knowledge of how data and analytics can enable a business to grow and gain competitive advantage
    • Be a strategic thinker, able to take a step back from the detail and guide our clients on their data and analytics journey
    • an adaptable approach and methods based on project and customer needs, are comfortable with ambiguity and can provide guidance on scope and direction
    • strong time management skills with ability to prioritise workloads under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Have a self-starting attitude, be hands on, and know how to find answers and work with ambiguity

AI Talent The Programmer/Analyst's role is to define, develop, test, analyze, and maintain new software applications in support of the achievement of business requirements.

    This includes writing, coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications.
    The Programmer/Analyst will also research, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the production life cycle.
    Knowledge & Experience

    • Excellent understanding of coding methods and best practices.
    • Prior experience interviewing end-users for insight on functionality, interface, problems, and/or usability issues.
    • Hands-on experience developing test cases and test plans.
    • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
    • Able to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams.

    Responsibilities Strategy & Planning

    • Collaborate with developers, programmers, and designers in conceptualizing and development of new software programs and applications.
    • Analyze and assess existing business systems and procedures.
    • Assist in the definition, development, and documentation of software's business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications on a project-by-project basis in collaboration with internal users and departments.
    • Assist in defining software development project plans, including scoping, scheduling, and implementation.
    • Research, identify, analyze, and fulfill the requirements of all internal and external program users.
    • Design, run and monitor software performance tests on new and existing programs for the purposes of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging.
    • Administer critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions to problem areas.
    • Generate statistics and write reports for management and/or team members on the status of the programming process.
    • Develop and maintain user manuals and guidelines.
    • Train end-users to operate new or modified programs.
    • Install software products for end users as required
