    Your Role

    Our Boutique Heritage Listed Village, located north of the CBD, is seeking a Chef/Cook to bring creativity to our dining room for the residents.

    You will manage our kitchen, equipped with new appliances, emphasizing food safety and cost control. Experience running a kitchen independently is essential.

    Your tasks include:

    • Daily preparation and cooking of balanced meals
    • Collaborate with the Client Services Assistant for timely meal provision
    • Create diverse seasonal menus
    • Coordinate food orders
    • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations
    • Maintain a pristine kitchen
    • Adhere to food safety guidelines for a 5-star rating

    Requirements

    • Evidence of up-to-date Influenza and Covid-19 vaccinations
    • Experience in a commercial kitchen serving 15-35 people
    • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (preferable)
    • Current Police Screening Certificate (or ability to obtain)
    • Current First Aid & CPR Certificates (or ability to obtain)
