    How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

    The sales representative will drive gross margin and growth, obtain new business by managing a portfolio of customers and self generated prospects within the powerzone. Business will be gained through proactive customer approach in person with effective working either on their own to generate new leads or in conjunction with the Qlixbi Marketing teams. They will employ negotiation; and territory planning using search engines and databases & CRM.

    This role is based in Reading / South UK and the surrounding areas, so we are looking to speak with candidates who are local to this distance.

    • Identify customer targets within his/her territory to develop the sales plan.
    • Prepare a prospecting list in coordination with the Area Sales Manager.
    • Be responsible for effecting an efficient and satisfactory supply and service to customers of the company.
    • Leads the prospecting through prepared visits to potential customers and competitor customers.
    • Optimise time spent at the customer site to quickly obtain a contract signature.
    • Sell and negotiate Energas products and services ensuring that Energas sales policies are adhered to.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction is the highest priority.
    • Define strategy and improvements for the selected Energas customers and implement it.
    • Empathise with customers on any complaints regarding sales and service and refer to the Sales Manager if necessary.
    • To abide by the current Safety, Health and Environment policy giving priority to the safety of staff and customers at all times.

    Are you a MATCH?

    • Experience in selling in either a manufacturing or gas environment (desirable)
    • Good standard of numeracy and literacy.
    • Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements.
    • A full, clean driving license.
    • Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems.
    • The ability to communicate using emails and word processing.
    • Good telephone manner
