- Guide the overall direction of the ERP program and provide strategic advice to the Program Sponsor, ERP Program Steering Committee and key stakeholders
- Share lessons learnt from similar Commonwealth government implementations
- Resolve resourcing and scheduling conflicts between ERP projects
- Work closely with leads of other transformation programs and resolve resourcing and scheduling conflicts between these programs
- Assist in defining project scope and manage scope creep
- Monitor program performance against established objectives and milestones, in conjunction with business stream leads and project managers
- Ensure the ERP program complies with all relevant requirements, including legislation, government policy and internal processes
- Work closely with project managers and business stream leads to co-ordinate the overall ERP program Expected Output:
- Direct the ERP Program in compliance with applicable requirements and best practice approaches
- Attendance at monthly ERP Program Steering Committee meetings
- Review and provide input into key ERP documentation
