    About the role

    Are you prepared to step into an engaging role that recognizes your expertise and provides opportunities for advancement? We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our Content Management team as a Content Editor.

    Responsibilities

    • Transfer content from the current intranet/SharePoint to a new platform.
    • Collaborate with Content Owners to assess, revise, and adjust existing content for the new platform, ensuring adherence to new style, tone, accuracy standards, and alignment with the new Information Architecture (IA).
    • Coordinate with other members of the intranet team and organization, including content creators, subject matter experts (SMEs), and IT professionals, to synchronize content creation efforts.
    • Contribute insights and aid the supplier in developing and updating the SharePoint Online migration plan and Teamsite migration schedules.
    • Manage and support the business in transitioning from old to new systems based on the SharePoint Online's new architectural framework; document the final transition plan and secure approval.
    • Guide and instruct the business on SharePoint On-Premise content cleanup tasks to ensure alignment with agreed-upon schedule milestones for each Teamsite/Business Unit.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Prior exposure to SharePoint content management systems.
    • Proficiency in web writing and editing, with meticulous attention to detail, gained within a large and intricate organization, particularly involving intranets, SharePoint, and MS Teams.
    • Experience in migrating content from legacy intranets/SharePoint to modern enterprise intranet and SharePoint platforms.
    • Capacity to collaborate with content owners to develop content for new pages aligned with the envisioned modern enterprise intranet and SharePoint platform.
    • Demonstrated comprehension of digital content best practices, especially in terms of plain language and accessibility (WCAG 2.1).
    • Ability to function autonomously and cooperatively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with adeptness in engaging effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
