- Monitor Sales for the region and proactively work to identify client's needs and offer solutions through cross selling, up selling and client retention.
- Exceed sales and margin targets through effectively structured activity in line with the strategic growth plan.
- Regular client / site visits to manage client relationships. Supply of quality service to the Agri sector.
- Acting as the primary liaison between clients and PALM workers to optimize service delivery.
- Collaborating with Farm Managers to enhance the performance of pickers.
- Supporting logistical operations such as fuelling vehicles, procurement of PPE, and vehicle maintenance.
- Availability for weekend work on a rotational basis.
- Build a strong rapport with all levels of the client's organisation.
- Maintain client contract health across the client portfolio.
- Tender for business through advertised contracts, cold calling / site visits and face to face meetings.
- Your confidence, energy, smile, laughter & a passion for conversation, embracing the lighter side of life.
- A passion for helping people and be able to create a quality, meaningful experiences for both clients and candidates.
- Demonstrated sales experience, skills and/or training.
- High standard of professional conduct, personal presentation, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Ideally you will come from an agricultural background.
- Experience in Labour Hire highly desired.
