    The Role

    Our client are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Delivery/Project Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Manager – Program Delivery, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall contract delivery management, including financial management, reporting, risk management, quality assurance, and audit schedule control. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that project targets and outcomes are achieved on time and to the required standard, while also maintaining and enhancing our relationship with the client.

    Key Duties And Responsibilities

    • Manage the overall contract delivery, including program and financial management, risk management, and quality assurance.
    • Ensure project OH&S management and compliance with company and legislative requirements.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring stakeholder expectations are met through regular consultation and timely responses to queries/issues raised.
    • Participate in contract meetings, adhere to company policies and procedures, and prepare contract deliverables.
    • Set up project activities, including accurate financial forecasting and managing the project team.
    • Maintain project documentation to support compliance with corporate management systems and ISO certification requirements.
    • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
    • Provide input at project inception and evaluate technical assessment findings for completeness.
