We are seeking a passionate and guest-obsessed individual to join our Restaurant Leadership Team as an Assistant Manager.

With on-the-job training and development, you will be mentored, trained, and upskilled for success while being compensated with a competitive remuneration package.

You will execute and monitor promotional activities, be responsible for employee development and leadership, store merchandising, stock management, and stock control.

As a leader in the service and production areas, you will play a key role in the restaurant and contribute to providing a working environment with safe working conditions for all.

Requirements:

• Retail or hospitality leadership experience preferable
• Passion for exceeding guest expectations
• High level of energy and sense of urgency
• Integrity and excellent communication skills
• Exceptional organisational & time management skills
• Proven ability to adapt and learn quickly
