- Establish, maintain, and continuously improve operational systems, processes, and procedures that ensure a streamlined workflow.

- Collaborate with the Legal and Governance division and governing committees.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide well-considered recommendations.
- Superior writing skills with attention to detail and clarity.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases or tasks within required timelines.
- Solid understanding of regulatory or legal frameworks.
- Tertiary-level qualifications in disciplines such as law, governance, or public policy.
- Experience in drafting legal documents, including terms and conditions.
- Full Australian working rights.
- Demonstrated experience of at least three years in a high-level case management, compliance, enforcement, or regulatory role.
- Significant experience in producing formal correspondence, briefings, and enforcement instruments at an exemplary standard.
