- Analyse, design, specify, implement and monitor the necessary tasks to provide outcomes

- Provide support and work closely with application developers to get an outcome that fully meets the customer's needs
- 3+ years as a Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience performing UAT testing
- A tertiary qualification in IT is highly desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong customer focus, service ethic and commitment to excellence

You will you will build strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate across the business. The role will be predominantly focused on new and exciting projects throughout the business. Day to day you will be formulating system requirements, developing system plans and documentation, review and evaluation of existing systems, and designing systems to meet business needs.
