This is a new position that will be responsible for standardising processes & supporting documentation, setting controls, reviewing financial reporting and assist in liaising with auditors across the globe, systems changes and a diverse range of stakeholders while reporting to the global CFO for Envoyage.

Day to day you'll be...
Review and sign-off the Balance Sheet Reconciliations
Maintain and improve our control environment and ensure any risks to the Balance Sheet are understood and minimised within the business
Stay up to date and implement Accounting standards changes that impact our business
Ensure compliance with company policies, relevant accounting standards
and FCTG minimum standards for financial systems and processes
Lead the engagement with our audit partners on the biannually statutory audits
Oversee the month-end accounting processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Constantly look to improve efficiencies within finance workflow processes
Assist with special projects and the implementation of systems and process improvement initiatives
We'd love to hear from you if you have...
3-5 years experience in a similar role
Minimum 3-5 years experience in an Audit role
Experience in process controls for new systems
Strong Business acumen
Results driven and perform well in a customer centric environment
Advanced Time & Change Management skills
