    • Location: Perth West Coast, Western Australia

    Right at Home Perth Northern Suburbs & Perth West Coast is well-known in the local community for delivering a high standard of service to our clients. Our modern offices are situated in Wangara and Osborne Park, Perth WA.

    This presents an exciting opportunity to join the growth of this region with our care team. We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and highly motivated HR officer to support our care team in their journey.

    The responsibilities of this role include:

    • 360 responsibility for the employee life cycle
    • Developing recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates who align with our values
    • Executing recruitment and retention campaigns that align with growth strategies
    • Collaborating with the scheduling team to address workforce gaps strategically
    • Supporting senior management and the wider team in retaining employees
    • Assisting with training initiatives and ensuring successful implementation
    • Managing employee compliances, including mandatory training requirements
    • Maintaining employee records

    Qualifications

    Desirable attributes/qualifications:

    • Understanding of government funding in the Healthcare Sector or willingness to learn
    • Familiarity with SCHADS, nurses' award, state/federal employment legislation
    • Previous experience in professional development training, preferably in the Healthcare Sector
    • Experience in recruitment initiatives with positive results
    • Current First Aid certification or willingness to acquire it
    • Participation in the on-call team
    • Human resources qualification or relevant work experience
    • Proficient in computer skills
    • Eagerness to learn and embrace our values
    • Current WA driver's license
    • Full comprehensive car insurance or willingness to secure it
    • National police check
