  • The Opportunity

    As a Lead Business Analyst within the Advice Remediation team, you will report directly to the Program Manager. You will have strong Technical and Data analytical skills to support your capabilities and your contributions will be essential to the success of our program, as you will actively drive our initiatives and play a crucial role in advancing our objectives.

    Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading stakeholder requirement gathering activities
  • Leading data analysis efforts to analyse and report on large advice remediation datasets, meeting stakeholder requirements
  • Developing, enhancing, and implementing requirements for Advice Remediation systems, models, and processes
  • Developing stakeholder and technical requirements regularly
  • Documenting processes for all Advice remediation systems
  • Identifying risks associated with Advice remediation systems and processes
  • Supporting development and testing activities as needed
  • Ensuring the quality of source data for remediation calculations
  • What we look for in a successful candidate

  • Deep business, technical and data analysis expertise, handling complex data sets with a strong grasp of data principles like entity relationships, data flow, and modelling
  • Proficiency in Business Process Modelling using BPMN/UML, with preference for Visio
  • Demonstrated experience in Advice Remediation teams
  • Additional skills in SQL Server development, VBA, Excel/Word Mail merge management, Power BI, JIRA, and MS Access
  • Strong stakeholder communication and engagement abilities
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
