- $35-45 per hour + super (negotiable for experience in Sustainability)
- Deliver the sustainability requirements of the Sustainability project.
- Develop governance systems to ensure sustainability targets are on track across maintenance and tactical phases.
- Lead the ISCA rating commitments.
- Manage and lead the delivery of the carbon-neutral pathway.
- Liaise with project staff and personnel regarding sustainability obligations and practices.
- Coordinate, collect, and collate sustainability and environmental data and ISCA documentation.
- Experience and/or knowledge of the construction industry, cost/benefit analysis methodologies, corporate social responsibility, and sustainability principles.
- Knowledge of green building design principles and relevant environmental legislation.

- Strong administration and computer skills
