    We are seeking an Intake Officer - Home Care to grow our home care business by nurturing and converting leads into clients. The successful candidate will engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and demonstrate how our services can improve their lives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide expert advice and support to prospective clients throughout the decision-making process.
    • Engage with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.
    • Nurture warm leads across all Respect Homecare locations.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources.
    • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and client acquisition activities.
