    Job Description

    About the Role:

    We currently have an opportunity for a full time, permanent administrator to join our highly

    skilled and professional team in our spare parts division. This is a Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm role.

    Reporting to the Spare Parts Manager some of your key responsibilities will include:

    · Receive and answer telephone calls via the Call Centre.

    · Respond to emails in a shared Spare Parts mailbox in a timely manner.

    · Order processing.

    · Processing cash payments.

    · Processing returns and pricing credits.

    · Process new parts requests

    · Build and maintain strong relationships with key Temperzone account holders.

    · Provide high level of customer service across all functions.

    Qualifications

    What you will bring to the role:

    · Experience in a similar role.

    · Experience in spare parts would be advantageous but not essential.

    · Customer Service / Administration experience.

    · Strong analytical, problem solving and time management skills

    · Disciplined and accurate approach to data entry

    · Established computer skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and 365

    · Basic accounting knowledge.

    · High level of attention to detail.

    · Communication and teamwork.
