- Working as part of a wider team of trade professionals and deliver within agreed schedule and to defined quality defined standards and related specifications.
- Collaborate with the wider team such as; Team Leaders, Production Workers, Project Managers, Logistics, HSE and other leaders as we all deliver against our commitments and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Role modelling all things safety and proactively highlight potential risks within a culture focused on people.
- Trade qualifications in Automotive Vehicle Body (Vehicle Painting) or Surface prep and Coating Applications (Industrial Painting).
- Experience in wide range of paint preparation including grit blasting, sanding, and masking.
- Experience in maintaining a clean and safe working environment reflective of continuous improvement management.
- Ability to follow work instructions and/or drawings.
