Job summary
The Homelessness Service Hub provides a range of information, support, housing and specialist services to assist people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.In this role you will provide individualised support to clients to identify strengths and needs and assist in setting and attaining identified goals
Qualifications
- Sound casework support and case management experience including holistic assessment of client needs and development of case plans
- Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Australian Driver Licence
