    The Role

    You'll be working across our consultant teams gaining exposure to all areas of the business from Tech to Marketing to Accounting and Finance and Business Support.

    You'll be writing job advertisements, screening candidates, conducting face to face interviews, meeting clients, managing job processes. All while honing your skills to built into a full 360 recruitment consultant role with your own specialism and 'patch' in the Canberra market.

    In short, you'll be going all out to connect great candidates with excellent opportunities at quality employers.

    The Person

    A great recruiter is a broad and varied combination of many different capabilities, skills and traits. Talented people from many different professional backgrounds can make great recruiters, some of the desirable skills include:

    • Great personality with advanced interpersonal skills
    • Good tenure in positions with previous promotion / advancement
    • Ambitious and resilience with a great sense of personal drive
    • A high standard of personal presentation with excellent written and verbal communication ability
    • A fast learner who is adaptable and flexible
    • Relevant degree qualifications

    Salary / Rate

    • $60k – $70k + super + market leading commission structure
