- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the use of business intelligence software and information reporting systems used for the extraction, manipulation and professional presentation and dissemination of reports from complex systems.
- Relevant experience in using contemporary analytical and data visualisation tools and practices (e.g., Celonis, PowerBI, Excel and Python), and enterprise resources planning tools such as SAP S/4HANA.
- Proven ability to develop and represent analysed data in a relevant and interesting manner to meet the needs of a range of stakeholders.
- High level written and oral communication skills including liaising, consulting and stakeholder engagement with a broad range of clients in a complex and diverse environment.

Description
There is an exciting opportunity for you to join the Procurement & Supply Chain Optimisation Portfolio in the Department of Health as a Senior Data Analyst You will provide expertise in the design, development, automation and management of data sets and reports. The Senior Data Analyst will coordinate the provision of accurate and timely information to key stakeholders, including dashboards, reports and visualisations.
The Senior Data Analyst will p artner with other data teams, including Data Enhancements (within Supply Chain Surety Branch), Celonis Team (within Finance Branch), and Advisory & Continuous Improvement (within System Procurement branch), to obtain data and develop insights to ensure integrated evidence-based decisions.
About the Procurement & Supply Chain Optimisation Portfolio:
The Procurement & Supply Chain Optimisation (P&SCO) Portfolio builds on the foundational work undertaken in response to the COVID-19 pandemic to drive operational enhancements and realise further Queensland Health system-wide benefits. The P&SCO Portfolio is a time-limited, temporary work program, currently consisting of three program workstreams, designed to improve procurement and supply chain operations across Queensland Health.
