    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to join our Water team in Sydney.

    The successful candidate will have proven experience in delivering WTP and WWTP projects, and will be responsible for design management/project management of complex Water Treatment projects.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Manage design teams in large Water Treatment projects
    • Be accountable for leading the delivery of high-quality design delivery on projects
    • Work collaboratively with the Project Manager to manage the overall delivery of designs to time, budget and quality
    • Deploy risk management principles & methodologies into project systems and processes

    About You

    You should have:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
    • Experience in the Australian water industry, ideally in an engineering consultancy with a focus on water utilities/water treatment
    • Demonstrated experience in the project/design management of water infrastructure projects
    • Strong technical writing skills and ability to communicate with and relate to a wide range of stakeholders

    $150,000 - $180,000 per annum
