    Receptionist Ambassador

    Susquehanna International Group is seeking a Receptionist to join our Employee Services & Experience team in Sydney, Australia.

    Overview Susquehanna International Group is looking for a skilled receptionist to represent the firm's values and culture as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage front desk duties, including answering phone calls, taking messages, greeting staff, visitors, and contractors, booking couriers, and sorting mail.
    • Be the primary point of contact for employee onsite services and respond to additional questions from employees and visitors.
    • Support the administrative setup of new hires, including arranging building access, taking new hire photos, and preparing new hire desks with stationery.
    • Coordinate equipment and building maintenance, raising tenant service requests when repairs are required or arranging servicing for equipment like coffee machines and water filter systems.
    • Maintain relationships with cleaners, managing escalations when necessary.
    • Maintain cleanliness, setup, and stock inventory for cupboards and meeting rooms.
    • Coordinate team-based events with business stakeholders, such as booking team dinners or activities.
    • Perform other administration duties as required, including ad-hoc requests or short-term projects.

    Requirements

    • Minimum two years of experience in an administrative or customer-oriented environment.
    • Warm, welcoming personality and professional communication skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks while maintaining composure.
    • Team player mentality with a willingness to assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
    • Track record of taking initiative and identifying opportunities to improve tasks or processes.
    • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills.
