    The role:

    As the Group Strategy Director , you will have the responsibility for the day to day functioning of the local strategy function, straddling the accountabilities of discipline contributor, and local agency and team leadership.


    This role requires extremely high degree of competency in the core functions of the strategic discipline, including but not limited to: Objective & challenge identification Target audience profiling & recommendation development Consumer journey mapping Insight & strategic territory identification Comms architecture design Media platform & principle development Topline media channel selection & orchestration Measurement framework development Core responsibilities: Balancing effective and efficient deployment of personal and team resource in line with profitable resourcing guidance from the CSO To ensure that direct reports are delivering craft outputs of the highest quality, consistent with the agency and client process.


    To work with the CSO and MD to calibrate and prioritise resource on an ongoing basis in view of local client priorities, organic revenue opportunities and the contract renewal cycle.
