- Skillfully handle commercial motor insurance claims, explaining the claims process, documentation requirements, and lodging the claims.
- Build lasting connections with clients and brokers, championing products and values they can trust.
- Deliver exceptional service tailored to diverse needs, making every interaction memorable.
- Actioning claims quickly and effectively complying with company standards and SLA requirements.
- Guarantee compliance with industry regulations, legal mandates, and company policies
- Location: Adelaide CBD, 3 days a week in office, 2 from home
- Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 Plus Super
- Contract: Full Time, Permanent (Permanent Residents and Citizens)
