    About the role

    As the Registered Nurse you are responsible for providing high quality, evidenced-based and patient centred care to the complex surgical patients on Hynes Ward. Working across a 7 day 24 hour rotating roster, multiple positions available.

    About you

    • Registered Nurse with current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (APHRA)
    • Min 12 month experience as Registered Nurse
    • Willingness to expand your knowledge base and provide care across a broad range of specialities.
    • Demonstrated recent clinical experience on a surgical unit
    • Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
    • Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
    • A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
