Job summary
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Senior Specialist, Systems Engineering to join our team on the Mature Support Contract (MSC), supporting the sustainment of L3Harris Tactical Radio Products based at Hamilton.In this role, you'll play a key part in driving engineering change activities — from product modifications and enhancements to technical investigations, obsolescence management, and the responsible disposal of L3Harris and third-party products. You'll also help ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory frameworks,
contractual obligations,and customer requirements.
What The Role Will Involve
Coordinate with all stakeholders — including suppliers and third-party engineering service providers — to ensure clear understanding of responsibilities processes,and timeframes.
Lead engineering change activities for product modifications and enhancements managing full lifecycle from requirements definition design verification reporting.
