    Your next role:

    • Choice of contract (minimum 6 months) or permanent
    • Report into a passionate and experienced Facility Manager and receive support from a Clinical Nurse
    • Hold responsibility for clinical care, ensuring the facility is compliant with legislation and accreditation requirements
    • Complete clinical data audits, conduct trend analysis and deliver reports
    • Develop and implement action plans, supporting a culture of continuous improvement and feedback
    • Form positive relationships with residents and families to create client directed outcomes
    • Ensure exceptional customer service from all staff and investigate and respond to feedback and complaints
    • Manage, support and mentor a team of care staff ensuring the delivery of compassionate person centred care

    About you:

    • AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse is essential
    • Must have experience in a Clinical Nurse or Clinical Manager role within residential aged care
    • Strong knowledge of the aged care standards and what is required to maintain compliance
    • Driven, confident, resilient, flexible and passionate about delivering exceptional care and customer service
    • Personable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to develop relationships at all levels
