    Recruitment Consultant

    We're looking for a passionate people person who loves being a match maker. Someone who has the mindset of sourcing the best candidate to meet the needs of our client's business.

    You will be exposed to recruitment for a variety of positions across different businesses, industries, and clients with a national footprint.

    Some business development will be required in a 'soft sell' way however no hard-core recruitment selling / cold calling. Business development including attending various networking events, connecting with our large client database and promoting the 'unicorn' candidates that often come our way (commission available).

    We will ensure your success in your responsibilities of the complete recruitment and selection life cycle, including but not limited to:

    • Obtain the client job brief and attend their site if local or really get the feel for their culture and the position
    • Write and post the job advertisement across multiple platforms using our recruitment database / program
    • Conduct thorough candidate searches through various channels to identify top talent
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
    • Conduct interviews (phone, online and in person) and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
    • Provide exceptional customer service to both candidates and clients
    • Be a key member of our team with an open mindset to support wherever needed and be your best

    About You

    With your 3+ years of recruitment experience, you will also have a mature, ethical and open approach to your work. You will be hungry to succeed and to be a part of our ongoing success. Your ability to easily juggle multiple priorities and have a solution focused mindset will see you succeed in this fast-paced environment.

    Anyone working in the industry knows that attention to detail and compliance is key and of course this position requires those skills. But just as important is customer service - ensuring that your clients and candidates are openly communicated with and in a timely manner.

    Overall, you will love recruitment and selection and be wanting to further your career in this field as well as being:

    • Degree or certificate qualified in Human Resources / Recruitment / Business or similar
    • Willing to attend networking events and conduct recruitment business development
    • Familiar with Microsoft Office and generally computer savvy in order to learn our internal and client HRIS systems
    • Professional in your approach to work with a sense of humour
    • Willing to learn on the job and take direction with a pro-active and 'can-do' attitude
    • Proven track record within the recruitment industry
