- $30.11/hour + super + salary packaging up to $15,900/annum
- We pay $0.96/km for travel to our clients
- Excellent on-the-job training plus ongoing free learning and development to support you in your role
- Support and assistance with personal care such as showering and dressing
- Household cleaning and laundry
- Meal preparation
- Providing respite for carers
- Transport to and from appointments/shops
- Social support
- Assisting with complex care needs
- You need to be available on weekdays from 7am to 5pm
- You will be provided with a company mobile phone to access emails, rosters and client care plans
- It is a requirement you undergo background checks including police check
- Fully-funded traineeship program leading to a Certificate III in Individual Support in partnership with TAFE for interested/eligible staff

What do we need from you?
You will need to be comfortable working on your own in the community, have excellent verbal communication skills and have an empathetic, patient and caring nature. This role does require you to have a valid driver licence and own a reliable motor vehicle with a minimum Third-Party Property Damage car insurance as you need to travel to our clients' homes.
