- Producing a range of Colgate products including Liquid Home Care and Fabric Conditioners
- Working safely according to Villawood principles and guidelines
- Identifying opportunities for Continuous Improvement
- Solving problems in the manufacturing environment

- Maintaining environmental standards in regard to the manufacture of Colgate product
- Mechanical aptitude to a Fitter and Turner level
- Stretch Blow Moulding experience and demonstrated capability
- Experience in Sidel Blow Molders preferable
- Ability to work in a technically advanced / automated manufacturing environment
- Problem solving and ability to respond efficiently to production breakdowns
- Communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to record and analyse basic production data
- Basic computer skills (Windows/Google applications)
- Teamwork/relationship building/collaboration skills
- Will be fully committed to achieving the company's business goals
