Our client is a global healthcare organisation specialising in fertility and reproductive technologies, assisting thousands of individuals and families each year through their fertility journeys.

About the role
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, this is a newly created role where you will be leading all Marketing activities for one of the three Australian brands, delivering on omni-channel campaign strategies, aligned to strategic business objectives.

Develop and implement integrated, multi-channel campaigns to drive growth and patient volume.

Support the organisations brand strategy to increase awareness and reputation.

Contribute to the wider annual strategic marketing planning process, defining priorities, segments, and activities.

Coordinate content and channels for digital platforms for effective communication with key stakeholders and audiences.

Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders such as doctors, where you will support to drive individual patient growth.

Support key doctors' growth plans, developing content opportunities such as blog series, social media, videos and podcasts.

Monitor and continuously optimise campaigns, engaging with stakeholders for effective execution through the use of data, collaborating with internal digital team stakeholders.

About you
To be considered for this role, 5 years marketing experience in a similar role is required.

Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or relevant is essential.

Hands on experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Digital marketing experience, delivering and managing paid search and social campaigns.

Knowledge of marketing automation and SEO.

Ability to utilise analytics tools to analyse and report on performance to continuously optimise.

Strong stakeholder engagement experience, driving relationships and the ability to provide strategic recommendations.
