    About therole

    We are looking for HR/PayrollAnalyst to join our HR team on a two-year fixed-term basis. In thismultifaceted role, you will be instrumental in creating reports andundertaking analysis to support business decision making. Based inParkside, SA, you will collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, andother business units. This is an exciting opportunity to contributeto a dynamic team within a global agribusiness leader.

    Dutiesinclude but are not limited to:

    • Undertake scheduled reportingand ad hoc reporting.
    • Respond to data requests fromthe HR team and the business.
    • Analyse data from a varietyof sources (for example payroll, time and attendance, training,finance) to identify trends, business improvements, or otherinformation.
    • Complete legislative /regulatory reporting such as annual workplace genderequality.
    • Prepare clear and detailedprocesses and procedures to ensure reports are consistent andcan be replicated.
    • Work closely with the HR andPayroll teams to ensure data is up to date andaccurate.
    • Identify and documentappropriate controls related to preparation of payroll relatedreports.
    • Develop tools to assist otherforms of reporting as needed.

    Aboutyou

    • Qualifications/experience inan analyst role, ideally working with payrollinformation.
    • Knowledge of financeprocesses related to payroll.
    • Proficiency in SAP andChris21.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excelskills.
    • Experience in complexreporting using multiple sources.
