- Minimum of 3 years of experience in BizTalk development
- Strong knowledge and experience in designing and implementing BizTalk solutions
- Experience with BizTalk Server, BizTalk Mapper, and BizTalk Orchestrations
- Good understanding of messaging and integration patterns
- Experience with XML, XSLT, and EDI standards
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and integration with BizTalk is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
